Here are some of the most common questions from our customers. 

Q: Are the beads compatible with other brands?

A: Yes, our beads are compatible with major brands like Perler, Hamma, Artkal.

 

Q: How are the beads packaged?

A: Beads are packed in individual resealable bags for easy storage, not boxed.

 

Q: Why might the bead count not be exact?

A: Beads are packed by weight. On average, 1g ≈ 100 beads. We usually add a little extra, but exact counts (500, 1000, 2500 pcs) are NOT guaranteed.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Sorry, returns are NOT accepted due to unsealed packaging. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us by email.

 

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from the Greater Seattle area, Washington (USA).

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We usually ship with USPS or UPS. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (PST) are typically shipped out the next business day.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

 

Q: Are the products safe for children?

A: Beads are small parts and not suitable for children under 3 years. Ironing should always be done by an adult.

 

Q: Will the bead colors be exactly the same every time?

A: Colors may vary slightly due to different production batches, and screen displays may also affect how colors appear. This is normal for fuse beads and does not affect use.

 

Q: Can I mix new beads with my old beads?

A: We recommend finishing your old beads first before starting with new ones. Beads from different batches may have slight color or texture variations, so it’s best NOT to mix them in the same project.
